The spirit of Greece is what keeps me coming back. The feeling in the air every minute of every day. I set foot on the street and feel the earth giving me life. I place my hand on the ancient marble column and there is an invisible umbilical cord, feeding my soul.
This is a large part of why I love travel so much. You are transported back to the feelings of a child. Everything is new and exciting and unfamiliar- you don’t always understand everything that’s going on, and you can find amazement in something as simple as throwing rocks into the ocean, or counting the petals of a flower.
Friends, you all have your own dreams and paths you have to follow. I wish for each of you to feel as certain of your way and the burning desire to wake up and start tomorrow as you lay in bed that I feel.
